About these terms

These terms cover your use of the public Vornz Studio website. They do not create a client relationship and they do not govern paid engagements.

Any project we carry out is governed by its own agreement, statement of work or proposal, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Website information

The content here describes Vornz Studio, the services we offer, the systems we have built as references, our product concepts and our Labs experiments.

It is general information. It is not a binding offer, not professional advice, and not a guarantee of any particular outcome for your business.

Reference systems and concept work

The systems shown under Work are reference systems, concept systems or internal prototypes, and each is labelled as such.

They demonstrate how we design and build. They should not be read as deployed client systems, and the figures beside them describe the scope of the build rather than verified results achieved for a client.

Vornz Studio does undertake client work that is covered by confidentiality agreements. That work is not shown or described on this website.

Product concepts

NOVA, INDEX and PULSE are presented as product concepts. They show the direction of our own product work.

They are not available to buy or use. Their features, specifications, availability and timing may change or may not be built at all.

Vornz Labs

Labs records experiments, prototypes and research notes. Entries describe what we asked, what we built and what we observed.

Experimental material may change, may be incomplete, and does not represent production functionality.

Intellectual property

The Vornz Studio name, the design of this site, its written content, diagrams, interface concepts and graphics belong to Vornz Studio unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to view and share the site normally. Copying or republishing its content commercially, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted without our written permission.

Names and technologies belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners.

External services and links

This site is hosted and delivered using external infrastructure providers. Where we link to an external site, we do not control its content.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Work begins only once scope, terms and price have been agreed in writing.

We aim to respond to genuine project enquiries within two business days. This is how we intend to work rather than a contractual service level.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always reachable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability for paid work is dealt with in the agreement covering that work, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date and revision date are shown at the top of this page.
