01
Who we are
Vornz Studio is the controller for personal data submitted through this website.
Legal form: VOF. Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 98528602. VAT: NL868533993B01. Founded 2025.
For privacy-related enquiries, contact Vornz Studio through the contact page on this website.
02
What we collect
The contact form asks for: your name, your company, your email address, which of the two starting points applies to you, the kind of project you have in mind, an indicative budget range, and a description of what you want to build.
Nothing else on this website asks you for personal data. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no comment facility.
Our hosting and email providers process technical request data such as IP address and browser user agent in their own server logs in order to deliver and secure the site. Vornz Studio does not maintain a separate analytics store of that data.
03
Why we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry.
To assess whether the work you describe is something we can take on, and to prepare a proposal if it is.
To keep the site secure and to reject automated spam submissions.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not use enquiry data for marketing email, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
04
Legal bases
Handling your enquiry and preparing a possible proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest in operating the website safely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Meeting legal obligations where they apply: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We do not rely on consent for the processing described above, because none of it is optional to the enquiry you chose to send.
05
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
06
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests in order to serve the site.
If email delivery is enabled, Resend processes enquiry content only to deliver it. The form confirmation tells you whether an enquiry was sent.
Enquiry content is not sent to any AI provider. We work with AI systems for clients, but this website does not pass your enquiry to one.
07
International transfers
Vercel, and Resend if email delivery is enabled, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such processing is subject to the safeguards documented by the provider and applicable data protection law.
09
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for a copy of it.
You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it.
You can ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests.
You can ask us to transfer the data you gave us to another organisation where that right applies.
You can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
10
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including transport encryption and limiting access to those who need it.
We hold no security certification and make no claim to one.
11
Changes
We update this policy when what we do with data changes. The effective date and revision date are shown at the top of this page.
